2. All PAN-related services are processed only through official and authorized portals of UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL) and NSDL (Protean eGov Technologies Limited).

3. Insurance policies are issued exclusively by IRDAI-authorized insurance companies. RH SOLUTION does not underwrite, issue, or assume any insurance risk or liability.

4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and valid documents. RH SOLUTION shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or losses arising from incorrect details.

5. Service delivery timelines depend on respective government authorities, service providers, insurers, and third-party platform

6. RH SOLUTION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising due to system issues, third-party service failures, or delays.

7. All services are subject to applicable laws, RBI guidelines, IRDAI regulations (where applicable), and payment gateway policies.

8. RH SOLUTION reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
